Bikes were always a big deal in my family. The bike rides my parents took us on during warm summer evenings are some of my happiest memories. And there is something about the image of a bicycle that just tickles me. They are simple, brilliant little machines, orderly, symmetrical, colorful and full of character - each one a work of art.
